Upgrade:
At a changeover from a payed package to a higher you have to pay the yearly contribution of the
new package aswell as 50% of the feature-fee of the new package.
There is no way to aliquot or transfer the costs of a smaller package back.
A downgrade (changeover to a smaller variation) is only during an extension, therefore only after
finishing the current year, possible.
Domain:
The PRO-and XPRO-packages contain a domain out of the following toplevel-domains:
.de, .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info
For other TLDs surcharge is being calculated.
